Service business automation · Stuart, FL
Service business automation that fits how you actually work.
If your jobs are booked by text, scheduled in a spreadsheet and invoiced by hand, we build the booking, scheduling, invoicing and reporting tools that run it for you. Based in Stuart, FL, serving service businesses across the Treasure Coast and beyond.
What is service business automation?
It means the repetitive admin that surrounds your real work (taking bookings, building the schedule, telling customers when you're coming, sending invoices, chasing payments) happens on its own, in one place, instead of living in your head, your texts and three different apps.
For a pool company, marina, HVAC shop, cleaner or handyman, that usually comes down to a handful of connected pieces. We build only the pieces you need, around your workflow, instead of asking you to bend your business to fit generic software.
Signs you're ready to automate
- Customers call or text to schedule, and you re-type it into a calendar
- Your schedule and customer list live in a spreadsheet
- Crew members text you when a job is done
- You build every invoice by hand, days after the work
- Customers keep asking when you're coming
- You pay for several apps that don't talk to each other
We can probably automate it.

Frequently asked questions
What kinds of businesses do you automate?
Small businesses of all kinds. Our demos focus on hands-on service companies (marine and marinas, pool and lawn, HVAC, cleaning, handyman, pressure washing, electrical and plumbing). If your work involves scheduling people and jobs, we can probably help, and we start by learning how your business runs.
Do I have to replace the software I already use?
Not necessarily. Where an existing tool works, we connect it (QuickBooks, Google Calendar, spreadsheets, payment tools) so the pieces stop needing manual copying. We build custom software only for the parts that off-the-shelf apps don't fit.
Is custom automation expensive?
It doesn't have to be. We scope around your actual workflow and budget rather than enterprise software, and we give you a plan before anything is built, with no obligation to continue.
Where are you located, and do you work remotely?
We're based in Stuart, Florida and happy to meet in person around the Treasure Coast. We also work fully remotely with clients elsewhere.
